EVERY LISTING, ONE CREW.

If you list more than a few times a year, booking a photographer shouldn't be a fresh decision every time. The Preferred Agent Program gives you locked rates, first call on the good light, and one number to text.

What partners get

Built around how agents actually work.

Four things that change once you're on the program — agreed with you on a short call, then they just apply to every listing.

First call on the good light

There is exactly one twilight window a day and it sells out fastest. Partner listings get offered those slots before they go to general booking.

Rates locked to your volume

We quote once, against how much you actually list — then that's the price. No re-quoting a shoot you've already booked fifteen times.

One look across your whole book

Same crew, same grade, same framing language. Your listings start reading as your listings instead of nine different photographers.

One invoice a month

Book by text, shoot all month, settle once. No card at the door and no chasing receipts for every address.

The process

Set up once. Then it's just texting an address.

  1. Send the form below — about two minutesEnough for us to see your volume and the areas you work. Nothing binding.
  2. A 15-minute call, usually within one business dayWe look at what you list and agree your rates and turnaround in that call. You'll get it in writing the same day.
  3. You're set up — book by text from then onSend an address and a go-live date. We handle scheduling, airspace and delivery, and invoice you at month end.

No minimum number of shoots and nothing to sign up front. The program exists to give you price certainty and scheduling priority — not to lock you into a contract.

Apply

Tell us what you list.

Only the first four are required. The rest just means we can quote you properly on the call instead of asking twice.

Nothing is charged and nothing is committed by sending this. It starts a conversation, not a contract.

Before you ask

The four questions we always get.

Q.01 Do I have to commit to a number of shoots? +

No. There's no minimum and nothing to sign. The program is about rate certainty and scheduling priority — if you list less one year, your rates don't change retroactively.

Q.02 What if I only list a few times a year? +

Then the standard packages are almost certainly better value for you, and we'll tell you that on the call rather than sign you up to something you don't need. Real estate pricing is published here — no quote required to see a number.

Q.03 Can my whole team or brokerage be on it? +

Yes — that's the version that works best. Team-wide setup means one agreed rate card, one monthly invoice, and every agent's listings sharing the same look. Pick “I'm applying for a whole team” on the form and we'll structure it that way.

Q.04 Which areas do you cover? +

All of Long Island — Nassau and Suffolk. We're FAA Part 107 certified and handle any airspace authorization your listing needs, which matters more here than most places given how much of the Island sits under controlled airspace.

Two minutes now, a short call this week, and every listing after that is one text message.
