Montauk is the most photogenic end of the island and the hardest to shoot conventionally. Ocean, bluff and light change fast, and the frame that makes the location obvious is almost always an aerial one.
Coastal weddings
A Montauk wedding is chosen for the setting, which is exactly what a ground camera struggles to include. Aerial coverage puts the ocean, the bluff and the ceremony in a single frame — the shot that shows where the day actually happened.
Oceanfront and bluff properties
Ocean proximity is the whole value proposition of an East End listing, and it is nearly impossible to prove from the ground. An elevated frame shows the distance to the water and the outlook honestly, which is what remote buyers are trying to work out.
Light and weather windows
The East End weather turns quickly and the good light is narrow. We plan Montauk shoots around the window rather than the calendar, and if conditions are not safe or not right, we reschedule at no charge.
