Huntington sits where the North Shore gets genuinely photogenic: harbor on one side, wooded estate lots on the other. Both are difficult to convey from the ground and both read beautifully from 200 feet.
What we shoot most here
Harborfront and near-water listings are the bulk of our Huntington work. A waterfront property loses most of its appeal in a ground-level photo. You cannot see the dock, the sight line to the water, or how the lot actually sits. One elevated frame solves all three at once.
Estate lots and mature trees
A lot of Huntington inventory sits on large, heavily treed parcels. Tree cover is the single most common reason a listing photo undersells a property: from the street you see hedges, not the house. Shooting above the canopy shows the full footprint, the approach and the garden — the things that justify the asking price.
Village, harbor and events
Huntington village and the harbor also make it a regular stop for event and wedding work. Sunset over the harbor is the shot people actually remember, and it is worth planning the flight window around it rather than fitting it in.
Airspace around Huntington
Huntington sits within reach of the controlled airspace attached to Republic Airport, just south in East Farmingdale. In practice that rarely stops a shoot.
